Our return policy lasts 30 days from the day you receive your order. We value our customers and stand by our product. We are happy to provide a full refund/exchange for any product that is defective in any way, shape, or form, as long as the refund/exchange request is submitted within 30 days of product delivery.
In the event that sizing is not correct, we are happy to provide an exchange for a more appropriate size, as long as this request is submitted within 30 days of product delivery. Please view product size guides carefully before making your selection. Any return or exchange requests should be submitted through our Contact Us page or by sending a return request email to our support team at email@example.com and should include the order number along with the reason for return and proof of defect, if applicable. Upon receipt of the item (s), the purchase price will be refunded.
I have received a faulty item:
In the event you have received a defective item, please contact our support team immediately with the following information:
• Your order number
• Which item is damaged
• A description
• Photographic evidence
If your parcel has been damaged upon delivery, please take photographic evidence and send it straight to our customer support team. All claims for parcels arriving damaged must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. Refunds, credits, or replacements will not be approved without proof of damage. Once we received photographic evidence of a damaged package, it will be reviewed and verified by our support team.
I have received the wrong item:
In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item, please contact our support team immediately with the following information:
• Your order number
• The name of the item you did not receive
• The name of the item you have received
• A photograph of the item you have received
Please do not mail product (s) that are being returned/exchanged until our support team has reviewed and processed your return request. We will not be liable for any product (s) that have been returned without following our standard returns process.
We currently offer free return shipping for the following countries:
United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, Poland, Netherlands, and Italy. Customers located outside of these countries will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
*Please be advised that we do not cover the cost to reship your exchanged items.

Refunds and exchanges will only be initiated once we have received the returned items.
Please note: Once your return/exchange request has been processed, we will send you a free return shipping label via email. Once you receive your return shipping label, you will have 14 days to ship the item (s) back. If you fail to ship the items back within the specified time frame, your return/exchange request will be canceled and you will not be eligible for a refund.
*If a return request is submitted after 30 days from the product delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
*Items must be in the exact condition they arrived in and must not have been washed in order for us to offer a refund or exchange. Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag has been cut off.
*Please note: Fitness Junkies will not be held liable for any packages that are delayed or lost in transit due to an inaccurate shipping address being provided when an order is placed. Please verify the information provided when placing your order so we can ensure your order is sent to the correct address without any delays.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund/exchange will be processed, and for returns, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your exchange request has been reviewed and processed, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Your replacement item will be shipped once we have been notified that the item being exchanged has been shipped back to us.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you via email. Please ensure we have the correct email address on file to ensure receipt of gift certificate/credit.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
