Do you currently have a physical store?

Not currently - a return address has been listed on our Return Policy page.

Do you pay for any import duties or taxes that my country may impose?

We do not cover any import duties or taxes charged. Please be aware of all charges that may be incurred once your order arrives in your country.

What is the easiest way to contact you if I have any problems?

We have provided a Contact Us page at the bottom of our website. All inquiries entered on our Contact Us page will be directly sent to josh@fitnessjunkies.net. Our response time is generally within 24 hours. You can also reach out via the chat icon on our site in the bottom right corner for a faster response to your inquiry.

Do you retain my personal details after I place an order?

Fitnessjunkies.net is completely independent and therefore your information is secure and will not be viewed by any 3rd party. We keep email addresses on file so we can make you aware of any future offers or new products; however you are able to opt out of receiving correspondence from us at any time.

How do I know if a particular item is out of stock?

If any item(s) are out of stock, our site will reflect this. Please don’t hesitate to send us an email and ask when we will have the item back in stock.

Do you offer trade accounts?
